Here are some tips for Nocturnal Wonderland ticket holders to help you get into the venue quickly and efficiently.

All Nocturnal Wonderland tickets come on a mag card; there are no paper tickets this year. You can go straight to the entrance with your card and it will be scanned upon entry. The name of the person who purchased the card does not need to match the name of the person using it. If you purchased a two-day pass or Wonderland Pass, all your tickets will be loaded onto a single card. Make sure you don't lose it! You can check the tickets on your mag card by going to http://fla.vor.us/card and typing in your mag card number.

There is always a chance the festival could sell out, so we encourage to buy tickets ahead of time so you do not risk missing out on the fun.

Tips for picking up tickets at will call:
Pick up for will call will be at the Flavorus/Groovetickets TENT, which can be located on the festival map.
 You will need to present your ID and credit card you used to purchase the tickets in order to claim your tickets.

If your tickets were purchased by someone who will not be attending the event, you will need to bring the receipt, a photo copy of the front of the credit card used to purchase the ticket, and a photo copy of the ID that belongs the credit card holder to pick up your tickets. You may blackout the first 8 digits on the credit card if you would like.

If you lost the credit card you used to purchase your tickets, you can bring the receipt, a photo ID, and your bank statement with the ticket purchase on it or the last 4 digits of the card you used to pick up the tickets.

Please note that you must have a valid ID to get into the event.
